Jeff embarked on a campaign to make changes in his life. His first of many steps was to apply for as many jobs as possible to learn various interviewing techniques and styles. As he grew more familiar with these interview techniques, he progressed into the next stage of the learning curve of human communication and social relations. He understood that knowing the interview process and having the specific skills required, is not always the ticket needed for interview success. You must be able to communicate those skills to the interviewer with belief and clarity. In short, convey what's in it for the company and not necessarily what's in it for you.

After thousands of interviews over the past 24 1/2 years, Jeff has come to the realization that going for that job or making that career move comes down to a few basic steps:

After 25 years of interviews, our counselors maintain an 80% + job offer success rate. Over the past nine years Jeff has concentrated the majority of his time and efforts assisting major aerospace corporations in "remarketing " their laid off employees to current job marketing strategies, consulting clients and conducting workshops in how to get back into the job market quickly with minimal downtime. These seminars rapidly became known as "How to Get the Job You Deserve in 30 Days or less".

Today Jeff is a much sought after national trainer, lecturer, and author in the area of job market placement and career preparation.
